We treat personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. Personal data is any information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify a person.
This privacy policy informs you about which data is processed when visiting this website, for what purposes it is done, and which rights data subjects have.
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When the website is accessed, technical access data is processed automatically. This includes in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.
Processing takes place in order to deliver the website, to ensure stability and security and to detect attacks or misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable operation of this website. Access logs are not analysed, not combined with other data and are overwritten after a short time by automatic rotation.
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide in order to handle your request and answer any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the request relates to pre-contractual or contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our mailbox is also operated by Hetzner Online GmbH (see section 3).
This website embeds fonts from Bunny Fonts. The provider is BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4A, 4290 Tržič, Slovenia. Bunny Fonts is a privacy-friendly service that does not set cookies and does not collect tracking data.
The use is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
This website embeds 3D views from our XR Photo web player, which is provided on the domain fun-ding.de. fun-ding.de is a separate service of the same controller (see section 1) and is also hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH. When the player is loaded, the same technical access data as described in section 3 is processed there.
To render its content, the embedded XR Photo web player loads program libraries and graphics from third parties: cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc., USA), jsDelivr, Tailwind CSS CDN (Tailwind Labs Inc., USA), sparkjs.dev (World Labs Technologies, Inc., USA) and flag graphics from flagcdn.com. In doing so, your IP address is transmitted to these providers; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. This is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the technically reliable display of the 3D content.
The 3D viewer at digitalfakt.de/apps/viewer/ is loaded entirely from our own server and does not include any third-party services. Rendering of the models, the optional AR feature (camera access only after you grant permission in your browser) and any screenshots you create are processed exclusively locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us or third parties.
As of now, this website does not use any of its own analytics tools and does not set any of its own tracking cookies. If analytics, marketing, or cookie-based services are added in the future, this privacy policy must be updated accordingly.
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. If the purpose of processing no longer applies, the data is deleted, unless legal reasons prevent this.
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law. The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
For security reasons and to protect confidential content, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
